A customer walks up to the truck. The operator uses the Qikbite POS (on a tablet or phone) to quickly take their order (e.g., "2x Tacos, 1x Soda, name is 'Jay'").
Instant Payment & Sync
The customer pays immediately (tap-to-pay, card, or MMQR). The finalized order is instantly sent to the OQS screen for the cook (Order #56: 'Jay', 2x Tacos).
Preparation & Pickup
The cook prepares the tacos and hands them to the window. The operator calls out "Jay!" or "Order 56!". The customer grabs their food and is on their way.
